I love my mill attachment to my Champion juicer.  Here I’m milling hard red winter wheat berries into fresh whole wheat flour.  Which then goes into a loaf of bread.  Bittman’s no-knead bread has been transforming my bread-baking experiences for 6-7 years now.  I use 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. yeast, scant 2 tsp. salt, and 1 1/2 cups water.  I’ve done all kinds of variations with different flours and nuts and seeds; here is my fall-back version with 2 Tbs. flax seeds added
